The John Townsend Trust’s Skills Development and Assessment Centre specialises in delivering British Sign Language, health, safety and social care training.  Some of the training we can offer includes:

Communication Skills:

• British Sign Language Level 1,2, Pre-NVQ3 and NVQ3
• British Sign Language tasters
• Deaf Awareness

Health and Social Care:

• Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce

• Non-abusive Psychological and Physical Intervention (NAPPI)
• First Aid at Work (3 days)
• Emergency First Aid Appointed Person (1 day)

• Management of epilepsy, asthma, allergies, including drug administration
